The Diplomas of Spanish as a Foreign Language (DELE) are the official accreditation of the degree of fluency of the Spanish Language, issued and recognized by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport of Spain and they are awarded by the Institute Cervantes in name of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports of Spain.
